Great Company to work with. Been looking at companies to provide circa 275 mtrs of PVC coated box profile roofing, flashings etc, and Mighty were by far the best to deal with,.Jimmy was really quick to get prices back to me, answer my questions and get the items to my door in a super fast time. My name is Joe and live in Essex after looking about for a few weeks in the essex area and been given quotes for the intended roofing products I stumbled on mighty structural products ime a little old school and work in feet and inches and find it a little difficult in working in mtrs ...so I sent an email to mighty structural explaing my job to my best capability I recived an email back within a couple of hours with a price of the materials and delivery cost and after speaking personally to the director who was great with me we done the deal.... had a good laugh with the guy he was very healpfull and the price was about £400 cheaper than ofall uote thes Iquot had in Essex...well done mighty structural and would defo use you again...thank you Joe from wickfod in essex

Mini zeds are an alternative to the MSP Grid system, they are used when a twin skin application is required. The Mini-Zed is fixed through the lining sheet into the existing purlins then apply the top sheet, insulating as you go along. The depth can be fabricated from 50mm upto 200mm these are made out of 1.2mm - 1.6mm galvanised steel.

How do I measure for roofing sheets?

Measure the length of your roof from ridge to eave, adding 50-75mm for overhang at the eave. For width, our sheets provide 1 metre of coverage after overlap, so divide your roof width by 1m to calculate the number of sheets needed. Always round up to the nearest whole sheet.

What is the difference between Plastisol and Polyester coatings?

Plastisol (PVC 200 micron) is a thicker, textured coating offering superior scratch and corrosion resistance. It provides a longer lifespan and is ideal for harsh environments. Polyester (25 micron) is a thinner, smoother finish with a wider colour range at a more affordable price. Both coatings provide excellent weather protection for roofing and cladding.

What is the anti-condensation membrane?

The anti-condensation membrane is a fleece backing applied to the underside of roofing sheets. It absorbs moisture from condensation, preventing water dripping inside your building. It then releases the moisture back into the atmosphere when conditions improve. It is highly recommended for agricultural buildings, garages, and any unheated structure.

What profiles do you offer?

We stock three main profiles: Box Profile (32/1000) for a modern, clean appearance with excellent strength; Corrugated (13/3) for a traditional look ideal for agricultural and garden buildings; and Tile Effect for a classic tile appearance without the weight. All profiles are available in a range of colours and thicknesses.
